Summarizing is something that you do if you just want the basic side of the story.

Keywords are the main words in your story.

Summarizing is an important skill because it helps you remember key parts of the story.

The story speed and my typing are two completely different things and I cant keep up with the speed of the video.  

Athletice

In the last couple of days we have been training for the school athletics day I think I have seriously improved from last year in terms of high jump I can now jump 1 meter that is double what I could do last year I feel nervous that I am going to come last in all the racing that 2 hundred and the 1 hundred meters I think I am really good at shotput and discus they are the two things that I am really good at when It comes to athletics day I am sure I will do really good tomorrow I think I need to improve on my longjump because at the moment it is not very long
